In our project ‘Joyful English’, an initiative implemented in 25 Tamil Nadu Tribal Welfare Schools with the support of the MA Grant, the team came up with activities for the teachers under the banner of ‘Karadi Connect’. The objective was to connect with Headmasters and teachers from all 25 schools where we are working, and have a recap session of the past year along with discussions on the field outcomes, the plan for the upcoming year and most importantly the tasks that can be assigned to teachers and students during the lockdown period. Phase 1 of the online drive started on 19th May 2020 and Phase 2 of the drive with more activities began on 29th May 2020.
