Lata Garg       Karadi Rhymes 1

My children just loved it (both 1 and 2)!!! Very refreshing to have Indian rhymes.

P. Usha Rani Birth of Krishna

The book is an excellent substitute for a mother rendering bedtime stories. My children aged 13 and 11 enjoy my absence in bed during the bed talk time.

Krishna Sabbineni Rhymes and Reasons

Good and Fair points are made. Hence, we need to force our schools to teach and explain more of the local language to our kids. I do agree that this is easy to say than done. Probably more parents need to push schools and educational authorities to focus on second language too, in schools.

Anjana Mehta Fish Friends Three

I love your tale and I am all of 43 years old! The music is exactly how one wants it to be. I would say Karadi Tales Junior is better than Tom and Jerry, which is kind of linear in format in comparison. What uplifts the latter as well as the former is music. I can?t get out of singing one fish, two fish and my family thinks I have gone nuts!

Sharmistha Iyer The Blue Jackal

All Karadi Tales stories are very good listening matter for young children. They should therefore be made a part of ?Reading and Listening? in the schools so that the whole concept of learning is made interesting to children.

Rohini Sharma The Foolish Crow

Truly awesome work. My two-year-old daughter loves to sing the opening song and has already named her stuffed toy ?bhuro?. I am not ashamed to say that besides her, my husband and I, and my parents ? all love these tales and have got multiple copies of almost the entire collection. Hats off to the musicians, composers, and of course, Saeed Jaffry for his phenomenally talented work. We are scourging the bookstore regularly for more!

Shriman-Shridul Karadi Rhymes 1

We got these rhymes as a gift from a relative in India. Shriman (Our two-year-old son) is in love with the first song (My name is?). We cannot drive a single mile without these CDs. What a great product!! Thanks for allowing us to teach our ?American kids? about India & our rich culture.

World?s best tales for kids.

R.K. Verma The Blue Jackal

It would have been better if the same was available in Hindi also because north Indians like me use Hindi as the language of conversation with our kids. That's why they also understand better if the books are available in Hindi.

Malini Srevatsa  Rhymes and Reasons
I have to say this ? my daughter likes the ?Mangoes, sweet mangoes' song from the Rhymes Part 1... and the ?Chai, chai coffee, coffee' from the second. In a day she hears them at least two times and we sing innumerous times ? sometimes, I think my jaws do pain. Don't think it is an exaggeration but she is still getting used to the stories. It is too much Tamil grammar for her (she is just 22 months, you see!)

Rao Garimella  Young Hanuman
Congratulations to the Karadi Tales team for creating such a wonderful library of audio books. I picked up Karadi Tales Mythology for my toddler. Even though she is only 2-1/2, she loves to listen to the tale of Young Hanuman and loves the stories. My only suggestion would be to not use white-on-black drawings for the Ganesha stories. They are hard enough for adults to see, much less for a child

Charu  Karadi Rhymes 1

My children and I thoroughly enjoyed listening to the first volume of Indian Rhymes for Indian children. You have managed to convey so much information in a musical and interesting manner. We listen to the cassette daily ? over and over! I wish you could release a CD version too!

Hats off to the entire Karadi team, I am so very impressed with the philosophy of Karadi that I feel like joining your team and working 24X7 to ensure the success of Karadi. My daughter is three now and in the near future I will surely buy the entire Karadi set for us and be a strong advocate of Karadi, which is a breath of fresh air. A big thank you straight from the heart. Here's sincerely wishing that your team becomes the next Walt Disney of the world.

Sriram Padmanabhan  Karadi Rhymes

Thanks for this wonderful enterprise. I am sure Indian parents everywhere have been waiting for something that appeals to modern children while teaching them their rich culture in an easy-to-digest manner. Our two-year-old enjoys listening to Karadi Rhymes and insists on wearing a bindi, bangles, and ghagra to dance with the music. We want to bring her up with a pride for her culture and have looked for many sources. Yours is a major one. Keep it coming.

Roopa Ankola   Hiss Don't Bite

I live in California , the USA . Yesterday, I took my four-year-old son to a local library (Santa Clara Library) to find some books on snakes. My son spotted this book ? ?Hiss, Don't Bite'. All the way home, I played the wonderful cassette in the car while my son turned the pages of this book. As I was hearing the voice of the narrator, I could see the whole story being enacted before my eyes? the ?jatra' coming to the village? the storyteller under the banyan tree? the snake? the children? the monk? and every bit of the beautiful story I was hearing. I enjoyed explaining to my son what a ?jatra' is? what a banyan tree is? what ? Om shanti Om ' means. My family loved the beats of ?Dhin-na ka dhin-ta and ta-ki-ta dhi-ki-ta' and all the background music also. I am thankful to your team for giving us this pleasure.

Neelanjana  Rangeela Geedhad

I wish to compliment you all for bringing out the wonderful series of Karadi Tales. My son is two-and-a-half years old and has been listening to these tales in Hindi since he was two. Here I would like to mention that he has by-hearted the entire story of ?Rangeela Geedar' ? thanks to the style of narration that only Gulzar can do. You all really deserve compliments.

I am from Atlanta , the USA . My 15-month-old son Pranav loves ?The foolish crow & The fox and the Squirrel'. Even my husband and I repeatedly listen to it with Pranav. Great job!

Just brilliant! This is a great piece of work. It's imaginative, creative and excellent, and is definitely quality stuff. My kids enjoy it a lot. And I enjoy more than them. I cannot single out one artist as being good, as everyone has contributed to the overall essence of the piece. Well done, team! May God bless you to produce more and more in the coming years.

Meghana Joshi   Foolish crow, Four Friends, Laloo Bandar, etc

This is an excellent entertain-and-educate tool for young children. My four-year-old daughter listens, thrilled and enraptured, as the tale unfolds. Her vocabulary has also increased effortlessly as did her memory. Overall, an enriching experience for little kids.
